Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a Wyoming address will have 5% sales tax added during checkout.


Shipping/Handling

Your package will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).

USPS will be the preferred shipper where possible. In most cases, packages will be sent by USPS 1st Class mail.

Please note that large or bulk orders may take a little longer to process & ship.

Orders $75.01 - $150.00 ship for $20.00.
Orders $150.01 - $250.00 ship for $25.00.
Orders $250.01 & over qualify for a shipping rate of 9% of the cart subtotal.

Returns/Exchanges

Order Problems / Damaged Items:

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation & insurance. If your items arrived damaged or there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 15 days of the date your shipment was delivered. Be sure to keep the original packing materials, as they may be required for insurance purposes or you may be asked to return the order.

If your items have been lost in the mail, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order.

Returns:
If you changed your mind about an item and wish to return it, you have 15 days from the date your shipment was delivered to return it for a refund. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Only unsigned items, or items with a signature but no message, can be returned. Items with customized messages cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders with bulk merchandise.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the items. In order for a refund to be issued, the items must be returned/arrive in excellent condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please notify Customer Service once you have shipped the return, and include any tracking information you may have for the package.
